CHESSHUB is a co-living space for Gen Z, blending shared living with community and creativity. Inspired by The Queen’s Gambit, it encourages a borderless mindset and meaningful connection. It is more than a home. It is a hub for collaboration and growth.

In the fast-moving rhythm of the city, young people often find themselves living alone in crowded spaces, disconnected from those around them. CHESSHUB offers a new possibility. Like the heroine in The Queen’s Gambit, residents are invited to step out of isolation, take bold moves, and explore life with others. Here, strangers meet, ideas collide, and a shared space becomes a place to grow.

CHESSHUB is a five-story co-living community. The 1st, 2nd, and 5th floors are public spaces, while the 3rd and 4th floors feature loft-style apartments with five different unit types.
